The Speakeasy sits in a red-brick building in the ghost town of Sacramento, a gravel-road drive from Holdrege. Terry Puls bought it in 1980, and his son, chef Ryan Puls, runs it now; prime rib and steaks, including an American wagyu ribeye, share the menu with modern dishes.
