The Perkins County Courthouse, 200 Lincoln Ave., Grant, fills a full block of the original town plat. It was designed by J. F. Reynolds of Sioux City, Iowa, in the Classical Revival "County Citadel" style and built in 1926–27 by Cork and Ferrier of Manhattan, Kansas, for $126,000; the county accepted it on September 1, 1927. It is the county's third courthouse, after a frame building used until 1901 and the 1889 First National Bank building on Central Avenue. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. Offices are open Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
