The Logan County Courthouse, 317 Main St. in Stapleton, is a one-story brick and concrete building of 1962–63 designed by Robert L. Murphy; it replaced the converted Nicholas Hotel, the courthouse from 1930 until it burned on March 13, 1962. It houses the county offices and the county and district courts.
