The Antelope County Courthouse, 501 Main St. in Neligh, was built in 1894–95 to the design of George E. MacDonald of Lincoln, with drawings finished by Fred Thornton of Neligh. The two-story red brick building faces west and has an antelope figure at its peak; an annex was added in 1966 and a connector in 2003. It was listed on the National Register in 1980.
