Burton Cemetery stands on the east edge of Burton — from Springview, five miles north on Highway 183 and eight miles east on Highway 12. Maintenance is provided by the Burton Cemetery Association.

Around 71 memorials have been recorded, which is a record of what has been photographed and indexed rather than a count of everyone buried there.

For burial records or plot inquiries, contact the Keya Paha County Clerk in Springview. Ownership can also be confirmed through the Nebraska Statewide Cemetery Registry at the State Historical Society.
