The Bruce L. Anderson Recreation Area at Recharge Lake, 1114 Recharge Road in York, is run by the Upper Big Blue NRD. It has a 44-acre lake with a boat ramp, kayak launch and docks, trails for hiking, biking and riding, a 14-acre archery range and a playground. Camping runs from mid-April through October, first come, first served: $5 a night for tents and $25 for RVs with electric hookups, cash or check at the kiosk; 14-day limit.
